到這個季節就要把一種食材
かぼちゃKabocha/南瓜
利用南瓜可以做很多種類的料理
像是這次的樣子跟白飯一起
做料理也很適合~! (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و

簡單版南瓜蝦子起司燉飯/かぼちゃと海老のチーズリゾット
[1人份]
白飯 Steamed rice—150g
南瓜 Kabocha—150g
奶油 Butter—2小匙
蝦子 Prawns—5片
紅蔥頭 Shallots—3粒
白酒 White wine—50cc
水 Water—100cc
牛奶 Milk—50cc
巴西里末 Parsley—少許
鹽巴 & 黑胡椒 Salt & Black pepper—適量
帕米森起司 Parmesan cheese—適量
